been experimenting a lot with a brand new sound for a new lineup and everything. a little more distortion felix or hum than say ska-p. but I still have that DOD for ska-p overdrive punk sounds. cool. should be good when we start playing gigs again after a long studio break hopefully in the next few months. got the swollen pickle 2 and the analog man ts-9 tube screamer plus cheapo delay and late 70s yellow overdrive. its been sounding pretty good.its not done yet, have a few surprises.
sold my twin amp to master the last record so next stop is a new amp. im thinking old, loud, and fucked up. maybe a fender or sumtin.

my favorite supremes song ever. who hasn't felt this way before? always wanted to do a cover of it. got the chance this time around during the boys got a future sessions at mannys. gorgeous video by Jasmine Daghighian and her goddesses who did the song justice shot at the smell.
another full-length with Manny! BOYS GOT A FUTURE. meant for this to be more of a telling of my life but turned into a record of drugs, whores, and sleaze. with a a few love songs thrown in. its got some of the best guitar on any of the records. taking on the hard job of following-up the gives you hell video R.Capria did a masterful job.
damn. fredo from the beastie boys was off tour and we went to manny's and did this in 2 takes live. i always heard that all american rejects song as i was driving around and liked the lyrics. i could really relate to thinking about a girl that way. thought the music deserved to have a bit more balls. carmelo lopez did the song justice with his pervilicious video starring the lovely sammie rhodes.

But truth be told nobody ever was much concerned about money when we hit mannys big red tape button, just wanted a few bucks to get to the next show or whatevers. or if you really wanna be crazy hit that little buy it now and buy one of my copies, i think my fender twin needs new tubes
